Plans are billed monthly in USD. You can cancel at any time from your account; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees.

On the Agency plan you add “clients” (each client is one business you manage). You are charged $7.99 USD per client per month. For example, 5 clients = $39.95/month. Each client has their own Google/Facebook connections, widget, and dashboard. Add or remove clients anytime; billing adjusts accordingly.

Yes. You can change your plan at any time from your account or billing page. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the start of the next billing cycle. Your data and connections are preserved when you switch.

Entry allows one connection: either Google Business Profile or Facebook Page. Premium and Agency let you connect both Google and Facebook (and additional platforms as we add them), so you can aggregate reviews from multiple sources in one dashboard and widget.

Yes, we offer a 7-day free trial. Sign up and connect your accounts to try the dashboard and widget; if you’re not satisfied, your trial will simply lapse, no credit card required. Our branding will appear during the free trial unless you decide to purchase a plan, which will remove it.

We support Google Business Profile and Facebook Page today. We monitor demand for Yelp, Trustpilot, TripAdvisor, and others; more platforms will be added over time. All plans sync reviews automatically and display them in one place.

Yes. We use official APIs and approved methods to pull reviews. We do not alter or remove reviews; display options (e.g. minimum star rating) are for presentation only. Our integrations and widgets are designed to stay within platform guidelines.
